Mr. O’Malley is a member of the Tancredi Dev management team and has more than 25 years of extensive experience in land acquisition, forward planning, and land development. Prior to creating JMO Forward, LLC and working independently for clients in need of land use and entitlement services, he was employed as a Senior Vice President of Real Estate at Shopoff Realty Investments. In addition, Mr. O’Malley was employed at Meritage Homes and was responsible for regional land acquisition, forward planning, and entitlement efforts throughout Southern California. He has also worked for such notable companies as Trumark Co., Beazer Homes, Inc., and Hon Development Co.

Mr. O’Malley has originated numerous land transactions and successfully managed entitlement efforts in over 25 cities and counties within California, Arizona, and Nevada. As a founding member of JMO Forward, LLC, his role includes overseeing due diligence, entitlements, and disposition efforts required to create the highest value possible for properties for landowners and clients. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in City and Regional Planning from the School of Architecture and Environmental Design at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.

With over three decades of experience spanning finance, accounting, and operations, David Robson brings a wealth of strategic insight and leadership to the Tancredi Dev team. Having guided both public and private companies across industries, from retail to automotive, David’s expertise lies in creating structure, foresight, and long-term stability behind complex organizations. His background with renowned names like PIRCH, Guitar Center, and Nuvve Holding Corp reflects a career built on precision, accountability, and innovation. At Tancredi Dev, that translates to a deep understanding of what it takes to build not only exceptional projects, but a company rooted in integrity and vision.

Drew Rands brings more than 18 years of commercial real estate experience to his work with Tancredi Dev, with expertise spanning debt and equity origination, advisory, placement, underwriting, due diligence, acquisitions, and dispositions. Throughout his career, he has worked with firms including MJ Leola Investments, Slatt Capital, Clearview Realty Finance, and MBP, contributing to more than $2 billion in commercial real estate debt, equity, acquisition, and disposition transactions.

As part of Tancredi Dev’s extended team, Drew supports financing strategy, capital relationships, financial analysis, and transaction execution across development and investment opportunities. His background across apartment, hospitality, commercial, and structured finance transactions provides the team with a disciplined, market-informed approach to capital planning and project execution.

Jason has over 15 years of experience in all aspects of lending, with a specialty in development, bridge, and construction financing. Having been involved in all asset classes in real estate, Jason prides himself on creative, thoughtful, and efficient execution. In his current role, Mr. Moyal is responsible for assisting with any financing needs on existing or new projects for Tancredi Dev. He has led his company with $1B in loan originations and over 1,000 units capitalized and is a valuable, trusted member of the Tancredi Dev team. Mr. Moyal graduated from San Diego State University with an International Business major with a specialization in finance. He remains active with the Real Estate program at his university, serving as a board member on the Corky McMillin Center for Real Estate at SDSU.
