Flo’s Car Wash

Tancredi Devevelopment  delivered a ground-up express car wash and detailing facility for Flo’s Car Wash, a fast-growing Southern California brand with a distinctive visual identity. The 8,200 SF project included an automated tunnel system with advanced conveyor and wash equipment, chemical and utility infrastructure, a branded customer lounge and waiting area, vacuum station bays, and site work including access lanes, landscaping, and monument signage.
